On FxOS, only the Video, Camera, and Gallery apps have access to the H.264 decoder. Apps wanting to use <video> elements should use a Web Activity to send it to the Video app. Need to document this workaround. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=837236#c20
