Attachment: This is a simple flow which I encountered this bug.

*Test Build: 20130304230203(Build identifier)

*Information:
 This case happens on first time set up mobile device(Welcome page).
 After user import contacts from SIM card, the dialog show "Import Successfully".
 But while you enter the contact list, you will found the contact list is empty.
 You can refer to attachment.

*Reproduced Steps:
1. Flash your device.
2. Set up language, WI-FI, and time of mobile device then import contacts from SIM card.
3. After you finished tutorial page, please enter contact list.

*Expected Result:
1. The UI shows all contacts.

*Actual Results:
1. The contact list is empty.

Thanks for your help on this case.
As I used the latest build to test this bug, I cannot reproduce it now.
I suspect this bug caused by third party tool I used since the name of contact show garbled.(Google play software -> Contact2sim).
Today, I manually added contacts to SIM card on android phone then I installed the SIM card on unagi device.
After unagi imported SIM contacts to phone, the contact app works as normal.
The bug cannot reproduce.
The test also verified the error handling of import function.
I am not sure whether we have had it(error handling of SIM card).
I will do some test along with my tests and submit bugs if I find.
