I'd bet if we track down the cause of one of these we probably fix them all.

I'd bet you'll need to clean out the ones which are just in need of annotation changes (from a random look, text/graphite-02.html just needs a slightly higher max difference, xul/number-3.xul and xul/number-5.xul just need the regex for Windows versions expanded to cover 6.2), to get down to a list small enough to see whether there's one or two remaining causes.
