Steps to reproduce:

I've installed firefox 20 beta in Windows XP.


Actual results:

Personas stop working. Full themes work but "litlle" personas themes don't.

Hi,

I've found what was wrong.

I've used private browsing and deleting history on exit.
Now I used this setting and personas works OK :)

After FF20.0 b3 update problem still exist
I've to use "don't remember history" function so I've to use full themes instead personas.

Do you install themes during the PB mode or before switching to PB?
In addition, did you try with a new profile?

I've tried with new profile - the same situation - when I go PB personas disappear 

when I'm in PB mode I try to install personas window don't change but personas is installed in addons - I've the ability to turn them on/of, delete but there is no change in window look

I've tried new profile, safe boot, new install but the same thing happens :(

While hovering in a Private Window over a personas from Personas Gallery, only the Normal Window is affected and does "wear it".

1. Launch Firefox
2. Open a Private Window Ctrl(Cmd)+Shift+P
3. Open in PB http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/
4. Hover over a Persona and the choose to "wear it"

Expected result:
Both Normal Window and Private Window should wear personas selected in PB.

Actual result:
Only the Normal Window is wearing personas.

This is by design. Private windows don't show any persona to visually differentiate them from non-private windows. Unfortunately, this also means that profiles with permanent private browsing enabled don't show personas.
