We currently have a dropdown at the top right to filter by product. Let's add a dropdown right next to it to filter by topic. We have to add handing of a ?topic=<topic> query string parameter to the view. And a test or two for verifying that it works right.
The product filtering Bug 815627 was 2pts and this feels like the same. And 2pts just seems right for adding some orm filtering, query param handling and some tests.
