Download any application with no icon for an example "Alezaa" (it's has a rocket icon by default)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID:RIL 20130225070200
2) Open Settings 
3) Open "App permissions"
4) Open application with no icon

Expected:
The following information is expected (see pics):
Developer name with link and Uninstall bar in the middle

Actual:
Uninstall bar overlaps

Repro frequency:
(5/5, 100%)

This issue no longer reproduces, the "Unistall" app is no longer overlaps the Title without icon
