This was the cause of bug 848108 - the hosts were all happily prompting the user to change their keychain password, rather than running Buildbot as desired.

The old script knew how to do this http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/default/buildfarm/maintenance/update_remote_creds.pl so we must have lost it on the way to puppetland.

er, I meant "refreshonly" not "notifyonly" - I just forgot to amend the commit before putting the patch up. I'll check in that version.
We tested this on talos-mtnlion-r5-046 with great success
