I click the mozilla icon and I open mozilla ;if I try to open more mozillas by
double clicking the mozilla icon ;it send the first mozilla 
window to the homepage instead of opening a second window

Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click the mozilla icon
2.double click the mozilla icon
3.

Actual Results:  It send the first mozilla window to the homepage ;and didn't
open a second window

Expected Results:  open a second mozilla window
