I used to be able to see the severity and priority listed in a search like: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?list_id=5913061&query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&product=Add-on%20SDK&known_name=jetpack-triage Is this possible still?

yes, use the 'Change Columns' link to configure which columns are displayed in your bug lists (this hasn't changed between bugzilla 4.0 and 4.2).
