Load the given url in apprunner.  It loads, but now the browser is useless for
anything else.  Typing another url in the urlbar and hitting return don't load a
new url.  Back and forward buttons are greyed out.  Stop is greyed out (so you
can't stop the constant attempts to load new ads on the zdnet page, but the new
ads don't actually download and appear).

Turns out this happens on mozilla.org too, if I try to load it after first
loading the mozillazine home page.
the back, forward, and stop buttons actually work but they are having UI problems at the moment. bug 8473 has been logged for
it. Repeat just click the buttons, you will get no feedback except that the hoped for act is committed (i.e going back, forward, or
stopping)

Appears to be Linux only.  On NT I can still load other pages after visiting
this zdnet page, and resizing the page works correctly though it prints a slew
of
nsContainerFrame: FrameInner(iframe)(1)@0x825b5e0 didn't set max-element-size!
warnings.
Claudius is right, the back/forward buttons just *look* disabled.

Menus are also empty when this happens -- the menubar is still there but there
are no entries in any of the menu pulldowns.  Maybe another mode of the evil
7417?
Necko landing...
I'm moving this to target M9, Necko will be enabled somewhere during late M8 or
early M9.  We will need to get on this and it cannot be postponed past the M9
milestone.
Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for
Browser.

Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do
this in a bulk change.  If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
