Details

With the ongoing scl3 problems, we're getting a lot of failures due to the lack of SO_KEEPALIVE.  Rather than wait for 3.0.0, which could be a while still, let's backport that patch on top of 2.0.2 and release 2.0.3.  It should be an easy deployment, and should ease a lot of pain.
Landed in staging, and seems fine.
No changes to the API, right?
Right - just this one bugfix, which is entirely backend.
