Details

Casey Yee and Rob Macdonald have reported that they cannot reach v.mozilla.com from their home internet connections. However, they can see other web pages fine. For Rob, he has difficulty reaching bugzilla as well Initial troubleshooting has narrowed it down to Shaw their ISP not passing the packets through.

From Shaw: Hello Adam, This appears to be an issue with our peering partner AboveNet(Zayo) dropping the packet, though I'm not sure why it's affecting only some IPs on that subnet. We have opened a case with Zayo to investigate their end. We'll let you when we have more information. As an addition, our reference number is 558735. I'm on Shaw and having the same problems (can't view bugzilla patches, can't connect to Vidyo). As a workaround, I've set my VPN connection settings to route all traffic over the Mozilla VPN.

All the mozilla websites that weren't working for me are now working for me.
Any other testers available to give it a shot?
I'm now able to access bugzilla and vidyo as well.
