We need to know which IPs or net blocks Bango's web services will be listening on and if they will ever change without notice. This is required to implement outbound filtering.

Current status:  Keir is determining if the IPs in comment 3 will ever change without notice.

Tom from Bango says "They change very rarely.  If they change we would let you know well in advance because it's not just you who would be affected.  It's not something we like to do."
