From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.4.3-20mdk i686; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010608 BuildID: 2001060811 Under earlier Mozilla builds had no problems accessing URL like: http://zena.secureforum.com:8080/~znetcmt Can no longer access it (a web forum). Site complains the "~znetcmt" is no longer being suppied, even though it is. Mozilla tries to open the three frames, and in each frame the same complaint from the webserver is displayed. If you do not have a cookie like I do to directly enter the forum (bypassing the login) you will not get 3 frames, but I expect you will not be able to see the login page Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. visit site with URL as supplied 2. I have a cookie set to go directly into the forum system 3. Actual Results: Displayed on webpage: WebBoard Error: Invalid Board You must specify a valid board using the following syntax: http://zena.secureforum.com:8080/~board_name For example: http://zena.secureforum.com:8080/~ Expected Results: Entere the web forum system
WORKSFORME, reporter: can you try it again after clearing your cookies?
Well, I can;t even get past the new user registration screen. Upon clicking the submit button, the browser window displays this message: HTTP/1.0 200 OK Content-type: text/html Set-Cookie: WB-User=redking; path=/; Set-Cookie: WB-Pass=test; path=/; I went back and tried to login anyway. A two framed window opened, but each frame only contained the previous login screen. More mozilla frames-based craziness.
Looks like the cookie never gets set. Dup of bug 83625 most likely.
I cleared the cookies as requested. Could see login screen. Valid username and password entered. Same experience as Cormac F: but I suspect there are actually three frames being displayed, not just two (there is a narrow one at the top). Perhaps it is a cookies problem... but then I have no idea why with the cookies set the web forum system complains there is no board name being entered (i.e. the ~znetcmt).
