If you go to the previous page videos stop after a file transfer response.

but, When the lock screen is not as a non-pop-up notifications that probably will not?
(Not play the video when)

A). Receive file transfer request
1. Receive notification message for confirm receiving request
2. User click the message, then pop out a confirmation dialog
   2.1 No  --> reject
   2.2 Yes --> Start to receive file
3. User can click transferring progress on notification if he/she wants to stop the transferring task.
   3.1 After clicked, pop out a confirmation dialog for stopping task
4. It will receive notification message for transferred successfully or not.

B). Send file transfer request
1. Select image, music file in Gallery/Music app.
2. Click share button
3. Select paired device
   3.1 If Bluetooth is disable or no paired device, it will pop out confirmation dialog for user go into the Settings app.

According Comment 7, I think that you are talking about the feature..
Bug 838027 - [Bluetooth File Transfer][User Story] Support for receiving video files over Bluetooth

So, it works for you after checked build version v1.1.
We can close the duplicated issue now.
