I've seen a spike in comments on the Nightly Testers mailing list indicating that people are not able to log in using Persona recently.

Seems like something has regressed this, maybe a recent change to Bugzilla, a recent change to Persona, or some combination thereof.

I tried to login through persona and it works fine this time. 

That is why I am here with comments...

Let's wait for some one to reproduce the regression bugs.
