From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.19 i686; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607 BuildID: 2001060713 I often reinstall my home computer, because I get slackware-current every few weeks from work and I only have a dial-up connection at home so I want to install jre.xpi from my hard disk so that I don't have to download it as a plug-in and wait 2 hours each time. In the past I was able to go to File -> Open File... in Mozilla and choose jre.xpi on my hard drive and it would install the Java Runtime Env. Now when I do this, it just wants to save the file to disk. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. File 2. Open File... 3. select jre.xpi 4. Should install the plug-in, but it wants to save it to disk instead. Actual Results: Mozilla wants to save jre.xpi to disk, but I already have it on my disk. Expected Results: jre.xpi plug-in gets installed Installed using mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-0.9.1-installer.tar.gz. Components installed were: Browser Talkback
