Currently you cannot share from the start screen.

It would be great to be able to select one or more of the website tiles and then click on the share charm to share those selected sites.

We currently handle actions on the start screen tiles with the context app bar - Selecting a tile and then clicking on the share charm to share might confuse as we would then have 2 places to look depending on what you wanted to do with the selection?
I see where you're coming from.  MS Win8 guidelines say a couple things though: i) If you support selections, share only what is selected. ii) Don't create secondary buttons that are already present in the charms menu.  So I don't think adding an option in the app bar is right.
