I generated a pdf to share with my team and then I went to firefox to verify I could see it and it didn't load:

in my error console, I see:

This is in Firefox 19.0 (released on the ubuntu channel)

That link no longer works, however https://web.archive.org/web/20140604140341/http://people.mozilla.org/~jmaher/panda_temperatures.pdf does and that document renders just fine in Firefox Nightly 90 (on Windows).
