User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130307023931
Steps to reproduce:
Attempting to view the Bookmarks menu after viewing other adjacent menu (Tools, History, etc).
Actual results:
Only the drop-shadow appeared for the Bookmarks menu. The menu was still functional (clicks worked and sub-menus appeared), but it was otherwise transparent.
Expected results:
The Bookmarks menu appears as previously occurred in all prior Firefox versions.
Note that the full Menu bar is visible (not the title-bar embedded Firefox menu).
Generally this issue occurs after dropping down the Tools or History menu, and then moving over the Bookmarks menu. Of course, it is a sporadic occurrence.

Can you reproduce this issue in the Firefox safemode ?
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Yes, I tried it in safe mode before I submitted the report.
I have also seen today the same effect on some of my live bookmarks (in the same Bookmarks menu).
