Everything looks normal on Build 2001060709. Things screwed up at Build 2001060910
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser.
2. Load "Debug -> Viewer Demos -> #8 Form" or simply the query form in Bugzilla.
Actual Results: The vertical spacing between each list box/combobox item is
reduced by 3 pixels.
Expected Results: List box / combobox items are _not_ so tighyly packed together.

My guess this was caused by the fix to bug 82626 which was just backed out.
Marking this "works for me" because of the fix being backed out and test8 now
looking correct again.
