(I hope I filed this correctly) See https://ci.mozilla.org/job/socorro-github/563/console We deploy socorro by running the whole test suite on Jenkins and then letting it deploy the tarball if there are no failures. We suspect that this might be failing because of the daylight savings which was introduced 1 day ago. But that's only a wild guess.
I have no idea why this bug became confidential by default but I'll leave it like that. CC'ing all socorro people.
No need for this bug to be private, so clearing the flag. Looks like the DST theory is a winner - the code does simple date math using epochs, and that missing hour causes it to get rounded down to one day less than it should.
