Details

The scrollbar in the location bar / URL bar / autocomplete widget is not working
properly. The thumb can't be dragged. The arrows, however, work and you can
scroll through the list using them.

It looks similar to bug 42707
Just found something else while experimenting:

The thumb of the bar can be dragged! But not as it should be. Somehow, the bar
gets the coordinates wrong. Ok, so what's happening:

Let's say the thumb is at the top. You grab it and try to pull it down to the
bottom. Nothing happens. You at first you think, you can't drag it. But then,
try to continue the dragging. Keep going down with the mouse beyond the end of
the box and suddenly, the thumb starts moving! At about double length of the
box, the thumb reaches the bottom of the box. As if the box believed it would
have double length.

I'll attach some snapshots to illustrate this.
