850376 - Make support link on Contact Page harder to Miss/Ignore

Every Week we receive several letters to our various offices (Mountain View and London are the top recipients) asking for support for Firefox. I'm assuming they are finding our address at www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/contact.html. Writing letters is a poor experience for user support, and involves alot of work for both the user and SUMO when we have a support site that might already answer their question.

Can we perhaps make the support link larger, change the wording to stress that SUMO is where users can get help, etc. If we can track the number of clicks from this page to SUMO, make changes and see if it goes up, that would be great.

Also if we have other pages with Office Addresses, we should point to SUMO for support.
