I see that there are at least 2 bugs about this already bug 631429 and bug 658205, but since both where resolved WORKSFORME I am filling a new one. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/resendconfirmation 2. Enter your email address 3. Open https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/forgot-username 4. Enter your email address 5. Open https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/pwreset 6. Enter your email address Expected results: You get 3 emails on your inbox, including the password reset one Actual results: Only the emails from steps 2 and 4 are sent. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/pwreset do not send a password reset link, at least not for my user fczuardi fabricio@fabricio.org account
Step 5-6 WFM right now. Can you try again?
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Rosana Ardila have manually reset my password, and after that, now the password reset link works again for me.
