I've noticed that sometimes it loses the ability to go to a URL typed into the
location bar.  If I restart it, it works agian.

Please always include the build ID in bug-reports.

-If you hit enter one more time, does the page get loaded then, or is a full
restart required?
-Is changing themes involved?

I'm seeing this consistently now in the last couple nightlies.  I can get to any
other page [I've tried] from any other means (links, buttons on toolbars, etc,
sidebar panels) but typing in a location and either hitting enter or even the
'go' button does nothing.  Not even a progress indication in the status bar. 
Moz goes nowhere.  :-(
