New mail account setup wizard mis sized

Details
I selected Tasks, Address Book, and it put a wizard dialog up that was not tall
enough to display everything inside of it. I had to tug on the bottom of the
frame to make it big enough to show everything.

The dialog for creating a new mail account is ok-sized for me on 2001060820 Win2k.

Karl Hegbloom, does this problem still occur in a newer nightly build from
