Steps to reproduce:

for web page:
https://www.patientgateway.org/scripts/phsweb.mwl?APP=PTGW&OPT=START
After keying Username & Password, clicking on Enter button does not activate anything.  Neither does pressing the Enter key. 


Actual results:

Nothing.


Expected results:

Should have verified my Username & Password and called up a subsequent webpage.

I can only test with invalid data but that works as expected.
Can you please try it again in the Firefox safemode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode ?

False alarm! I tried all problem pages again after filing this bug report, and everything worked as it should! I have no explanation.  Sorry for the trouble.
