Details

If I click on the "Splinter Review" link at 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=850631

I get sent do https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=splinter.html/&bug=850631&attachment=724479, and get an error "Invalid Page Id"

Removing the '/' after splinter.html fixes the issue.
