Bug 749894 is intermittent oranges for performance_now Mochitest. There are two reasons for the oranges: 1. When QPC is disabled, the current performance.now test sometimes fails. 2. Following bug 822490, QPC is disabled possibly more than necessary. This should be improved in bug 836869. I'll try to land patch v4 of bug 749894. This patch should make performance_now pass even when QPC is disabled, so hopefully it will fix the oranges without the need to disable the test. This bug is for revisiting the decision of what the failure criteria should be for performance_now Mochitest, probably after landing bug 836869.

For info: I'm just working on implementing a better failure detection algo.

Just to be clearer, mostly WRT whether or not it should pass when QPC is disabled.
