The slider of the scrollbar which you normally drag and drop with the mouse is
drawn correctly. Only if I use my mousewheel to scroll it's not
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.view page
2.scroll with mousewheel
Actual Results: sometimes the slider is drawn uncorrectly usually at the same
positions.
Expected Results: correct drawing of the slider
Additional Information:
Perhaps its just a layout bug i haven't REALLY tried it with the classic theme,
but there the scrollbar seems to be drawn always correctly.
