Steps to reproduce:
Try to delete all cookies for a site:
1. open 'personal data manager' (I am translating from French version - maybe not exactly the same as English)
2. select 'View only cookies'
3. select a site then press 'Delete' (or right-click)
4. check 'Cookies' and confirm deletion
5. message confirms 'All data has been deleted: Cookies'
6. refresh display (<F5>) and return to 'View only cookies'
Actual results:
Cookies are still present
Expected results:
All cookies should have been deleted (or at least expired)

Yes, it's undoubtedly the same problem.
Will wait for 2.19 ...
(I _did_ try to find related bugs - but the search engine isn't working very well at present.)
