First radio button is always selected

Details
When using radio buttons, the first one is always selected.
This is bad as it makes a choice for the user, even if its an unconcious one.
Anyone wanting to use Mozilla for data-collection would spot this and not use
the browser.
This also happens in Netscape 6, but not in IE 5.

That only happens in standards mode. The World Wide Web Consortium hath decreed
it so, and while I agree with you that they should not have done so, it is not
the role of Netscape to decide whether a W3C standard should be followed.

thanks for pointing out the dup. I'm not sure I like the arbitrary
re-definition of this behaviour, but that is a matter for Layout/HTML Form
Controls, not XPToolkit anyways, so bug 60205 is the better home for this.
