wfm with Firefox19 and Firefox trunk with Windows7.
font issue or hwa ?
Can you please test the pdf in the Firefox safemode (http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode) ?
The safemode disables the hardware acceleration.

The computer that was experiencing this just rebooted itself after automatically installing a graphics driver update through windows update.
The PDF is now rendering fine, looks like it was something in the graphics driver.
