Steps to reproduce:

Platform: HTC EVO 4G LTE, Android 4.1.1

Trying to access an MP3 in Firefox 19 and Aurora 21 using two different methods:

1 - HTML5 audio <source> tag
2 - direct URL


Actual results:

Method 1:
Firefox 19 fails to load the mp3 and does not fall back to the next audio source.  The JavaScript console using remote debugging outputs the error message "All candidate resources failed to load. Media load paused."
Aurora 21 crashes the browser.

Method 2:
Firefox 19 gives an error message "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt."
Aurora 21 crashes the browser.


Expected results:

If the mp3 can't be decoded it should properly fall back to the next source tag.  The browser shouldn't crash on Aurora 21.

I'm not sure if this is an HTC-specific issue.  I have Aurora 21 loaded on my Kindle Fire HD with no crashing.  A report at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/952017 indicates another HTC model phone on Android 4.1 with this issue.
