Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130215130331
Steps to reproduce:
Using an <object> or <iframe> tag, when viewing an embedded PDF (as part of a web page), a secured PDF that is set to not allow printing can be printed by Firefox's Native PDF viewer (Tools -> Options -> Portable Document Format (PDF) [Preview in Firefox]). Setting Firefox to use [Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)] corrects this. The PDF was created by Acrobat and will not allow printing in Adobe software (among other compliant software).
Actual results:
Using the PDF menu created by Firefox, the document can be printed.
Expected results:
The PDF menu should not allow the document to be printed when the "no printing" option is set in the PDF.

There is no such thing as a "secured PDF" in the real world. A decision on the topic is to be made in bug 792816, though I would hope this nonsense were not to be reintroduced. Adobe doesn't own PDF anymore and the very idea of DRM on text and images is just silly.
