Details

(Whiteboard: [bugday-20131002])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_5) AppleWebKit/536.26.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/6.0.2 Safari/536.26.17 Steps to reproduce: bookmarked a page Actual results: was prompted for title/location of bookmark Expected results: When bookmarking a page, user should have alternative option to live-bookmark a feed. Pages can specify more than one feed, e.g., RSS vs. Atom feeds, content vs. comment feeds, full-comment vs. item-specific comment, etc. Feeds are autodiscovered primarily via <link> tag. Can also be scraped from markup/DOM if hyperlinked on page; typical filenames match *.rss, feed.xml or atom.xml, occasionally older *.rdf feeds. In marginal cases, can fish around for invisible feeds based on common URL conventions.
