User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0.2 Build Identifier: All windows I believe Go Daddy CA certificate is missing on firefox 19.0.2 build on windows 7 64 bit. I am not able to install my add-ons and giving warning message. Once I imported Go Daddy CA manually under trusted root certificate then install for the add-ons is successful. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install firefox19.0.2 on Windows 7 2.Install any add-ons or access any site which requires Go Daddy CA 3.Installation is unsuccessful Actual Results: Untrusted site message and unsuccessful installation of any add-ons which requires Go Daddy CA Expected Results: Go Daddy CA should be there

It's there in my Firefox 19.0.2 installation and you can't remove build-in root certificates. You can remove the thrust bits and I think that happened in your case. I don't know if by a manual mistake or by an addon.

I am having new office Dell laptop and installed a fresh firefox. I was accessing some plugin which needs a Go Daddy certificate to download it.After searching the root certificate we found that GO Daddy cert is missing. I have checked with others employee who had installed the fresh copy of the firefox . They all faced same issue on installing the plugin. I will remove the ff installation again and update the issue.
Please provide an example URL where you get a certificate error due to this
you can use the following site to check on firefox on windows 7 64 bit machine. https://ekadanta.eng.sonicwall.com/cgi-bin/welcome/demo Credentials:Username: demo and Password: demo There is an icon called "netExtender". There should be no pad lock as site has trusted certificate.
