It has been decommissioned on our side but I don't think a bug got filed for relops.

Removed from DNS and nagios, dcops, please physically remove the machine and update inventory to zero system rack and slot and switch ports.

I don't see the host in the rack location so I'm guessing someone in RelEng/Ops took it? Host updated in inventory.
