851675 - [B2G][Homescreen] Unable to invoke the wallpaper menu from the homescreen

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130315070220
2) Launch Homescreen
3) Longpress homescreen to bring up the wallpaper menu 

Expected:
- option menu brings up and user is able to set wallpaper 

Actual:
- longpress homescreen does nothing

Repro frequency:
100%, 3/3 devices

Specifically, v1 train actually in terms of gaia. This is your run of the mill Nightly build.

I tested with 20130315070220 and I can reproduce the bug again.

I tested it with reset my own gaia. It works fine after I reset-gaia. I guess this might related to the build environment.

Does this bug reproduce on a QC RIL vs. Mozilla RIL? I'm wondering if this is a RIL or build issue.

That's only reporduce in Mozilla RIL.

this bug is not happening anymore, 
- longpress the homescreen will invoke an option menu to select a wallpaper from available sources: camera, gallery, and wallpaper
