851727 - migrate powered by mozilla to bedrock/sandstone

1.  migrate http://www.mozilla.org/projects/powered-by.html to bedrock/sandstone.  keep the same url 

2.  delete the entire "using the logo" sidebar EXCEPT "To officially request use of the logo, please fill out this form" (note:  please delete "or contact us" at the end of that sentence) 

Note to self:  This page (http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/poweredby/faq.html) will remain unmigrated until either a.  Foundation is ready to migrate or b. we are ready to build "powered by Mozilla technologies" content
