User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130308124411 Steps to reproduce: File -> New -> Existing Mail Account. Added account for my school. Using the same settings my school gave and they word under Windows Live Mail: Incoming & outgoing server is the same: email.regis.com. Incoming protocol: IMAP, port 993, Security is SSL/TLS, authentication method: normal password. Outgoing protocol: SMTP, port 587, security STARTTLS, authentication method: normal password. I can send and receive email fine with Windows Live. I can receive email with Thunderbird but cannot send it. Actual results: I get the following error: "Sending of message failed. The Kerberos/GSSAPI ticket was not accepted by the SMTP server email.regis.edu. Please check that you are logged into the Kerberos/GSSAPI realm." Please note, the settings are exactly the same with Windows Live and it works fine there. Expected results: My email should have been sent. I'm attaching a Word document that came from my school's IT department showing what settings to use.
