When vendor ril send the information which change cardstate to rilcontenthelper.js, mobileconnection object become null. Unless cardstate is ready, application can't get sim info(imsi, iccid, mnc, mcc and so on) because cardstate is not ready. It seems that mobileconnection object is activated if cardstate is ready.
please confirm about this problem.
