+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #815150 +++ FF20 notes state that this release will support phones with 348MB RAM and QVGA displays (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/20.0beta/releasenotes/). We'll need to update the ARMv6 blocklist for phones with 600MHz/512MB RAM (at beta and release). See https://etherpad.mozilla.org/armv6blocklist2 for the list of devices we know the specs for.
I've editing the Firefox Beta ones - please verify (and double check if you can find any of the ones still left un-excluded since it's a challenging UI and I might have missed some). We'll keep this tracked for Release apk settings too.
