852323 - "Edit Bookmark" dialog should automatically open keyboard and capitalize bookmark name field

STR:
1. Edit an existing bookmark
2. RESULT: The cursor is blinking in the "Edit Bookmark" dialog's name field, but the keyboard is not open!

3. Tap input focus to name field and replace the bookmark name.
4. RESULT: The bookmark name is not capitalized by default.

#2 I am unsure of the convention for this. I have seen other apps not open the keyboard when dialogs open. The user must tap in the editbox to make the keyboard appear. Not sure exactly why this is done, but it does give the user the most screen space to view the dialog before the keyboard hogs it.
