This bug captures automating the numerous carousel updates Arcadio has planned for flicks. There will be ~20 total, we are requesting we get these in 2 batches of 10 each. Batches are required for us and l10n. In addition to the creative assets we will also get a schedule of when each should go live and for which slot. We will automate this so we do not have to push code to update the carousel images.
