(When it normally updates every few minutes; without doing so no new completed builds will appear in TBPL)

The MySQL server connection fell over, I restarted buildapi manually and then manually ran a single pass of the json generation scripts, all seems well.

We additionally have what seems to have been hiccups in the builds being scheduled around this event, philor pushed a whitespace change to trigger new builds on inbound tip. All done here, I think..

But not fixed in the broad sense, because there's still nothing being scheduled, and hg is still falling-down drunk, and no completed jobs have been added since The Event.
