Details
Steps to reproduce:
1.first using the phone or reset the phone;
2.do operation in setup wizard step by step;
3.in celllular & Data, turn on data connection.
3.after go into stand-by, go into settings- cellular & data to view the status of data connection
Expected results:
1.data connection is turned on.
Actual results:
1.data connection is also off.
