This is related to bug 845290. We need to change the way that the base template is marked up to ensure that the page overflows the browser.

Great! There are still some parts that require attention. eg. hitting sidebar and scrolling to way bottom doesn't work. I only get till login or profile. It stops from there as there is nothing left to see.
