doing cfx run does not fire an install event and it should, or that should be a option/flag because that would be useful for testing add-ons made with modules like my toolbar-button module for example.

the toolbar-button module provides a moveTo method which is typically called during the 'install' event so that a user can then move it wherever they choose.

there are other cases that this would be useful for as well tho, like testing that an add-on's first run page is opened.
